My client. a leading Legal practice are looking to recruit a Locum Contentious Insolvency & Restructuring Locum Solicitor to join their Litigation Practice to play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters. The company act for a range of businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, investors and individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery a mixed case load incorporating a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters.
• Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents \”value for money\”.

About you:

• Robust background in Contentious Insolvency and restructuring

• Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.

• Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to plan workloads and resources effectively
• Excellent client care and client support skills
