£55,000 to earn £85K OTE

We are recruiting a Commercial Manager for our client, a market-leading facilities management provider with over 100 employees and £10 million + turnover.

As Commercial Manager, you will be focussing on the growth within the NHS/Healthcare sector. This role is predominantly remote working, so you will spend your time generating opportunities working from home, meeting clients as needed, with 1 day per month required in their Birmingham office.

As Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities.
• Management of sales pipeline.
• Meeting agreed KPIs and targets.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.
• Updating the CRM system accurately with all appropriate KPIs, Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement.

Commercial Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience of dealing with the NHS, Hospital Trusts and Healthcare sector
• B2B or B2C sales experience, with a consultative approach.
• Ability to manage and nurture potential client relationships through lengthy contract processes.
• Strong pipeline management skills.
• Resilient, with confident negotiation and relationship building skills.

As Commercial Manager, you can expect a salary of up to £55,000 if successful, with on target earnings of £85,000+, along with a company car or car allowance, so this is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your earning potential.
