You'll join as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, depending on experience. The focus is public sector work—mainly social housing and education projects. You'll manage your own schemes, support junior surveyors, and liaise directly with clients. Plenty of autonomy, with a stable pipeline of work and a supportive team behind you.
About You
- Ideally, you're a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB).
- You've got experience in the public sector—ideally social housing or education.
- You're confident running projects and dealing with clients.
- You've got strong technical knowledge and a proactive mindset.
