We seek a relentlessly curious, continuous‑learner Sales professional who can drive high‑value lead acquisition across the UK&I region.

What Will You Do?

  • Generate & qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns; manage inbound interest while pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, tailoring product messaging and solutions to their specific needs, business models, and decision‑making processes.
  • Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives; collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless hand‑offs and strategic alignment throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders; report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
  • Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends; work from the Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • 1+ years in Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead‑generation role; track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data; proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Passion for growth and learning; candidate may come from related backgrounds such as business development or client‑facing roles.
