About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading project and workplace services organisation to recruit a Project Manager for its expanding London team. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working directly with corporate clients across refurbishment, fit-out and building improvement programmes. You'll be responsible not only for delivery, but also for developing client relationships, managing commercial performance and identifying new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop project opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Manage projects from initial concept, scope development and pricing through to completion and handover
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop project scopes, programmes, budgets and commercial proposals
  • Manage tender processes and subcontractor procurement activities
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements
  • Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control and profitability
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Produce regular commercial and operational project reports

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience independently managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Strong commercial awareness with exposure to project budgets, cost control and profitability
  • Experience managing subcontractors and external suppliers
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and identify new project opportunities
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
