Contract | Remote | Outside IR35 (IMMEDIATE START)

We’re hiring a PMO Support / Project Coordinator to support a growing Microsoft Dynamics consultancy across project delivery, service support and scheduling. This is a hands-on contract role for someone who understands the rhythm of Microsoft Business Applications delivery and can help keep projects, resources and service activity organised, visible and moving.

You’ll be working across Dynamics 365 / BizApps projects, Managed Services and service support, helping coordinate schedules, track activity, support PMO processes and keep delivery teams aligned.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting PMs and delivery teams across Dynamics / BizApps projects
  • Coordinating project schedules, meetings, actions and updates
  • Helping manage resource bookings, availability and scheduling
  • Supporting Managed Services / service support activity
  • Tracking risks, issues, dependencies and delivery actions
  • Maintaining project information, reports and PMO documentation
  • Supporting small change, release activity and hypercare coordination
  • Working with stakeholders across Delivery, Managed Services, PMO and Practice teams

What we’re looking for:

  • PMO Support, Project Coordinator or Delivery Support experience
  • Experience in Microsoft BizApps, Dynamics 365 or similar Microsoft project environments
  • Understanding of service support, Managed Services or BAU delivery
  • Strong scheduling, coordination and organisational skills
  • Confident working with project teams, consultants and delivery leads
  • Good attention to detail and comfortable keeping data accurate
  • Able to work at pace across multiple priorities
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central or Project Operations would be highly advantageous.
