I’m currently working with a leading Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner who are looking to bring in an experienced Business Central Support Contractor to support a growing customer base. This is a fast paced, client facing role where you will own issues end to end, from initial triage through to resolution, across multiple Business Central environments.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for BC support issues
- Troubleshooting functional and application level problems
- Managing and progressing tickets in line with SLAs
- Handling more complex issues and identifying root causes
- Working across multiple customers in a managed service environment
- Collaborating with internal teams and escalating where needed

- Solid functional knowledge across finance and operations
