Job Description

We're looking for a Co-Pilot Developer to design, build and productionise AI-assisted workflows using Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio/Power Platform), M365 Graph, and Azure AI/OpenAI. You'll turn messy, human processes into secure, governed copilots that boost productivity across Support, Ops and Commercial teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship copilots/agents (Copilot Studio) that integrate with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Jira/ServiceNow, and line-of-business APIs.

  • Build connectors/plugins, ground models with enterprise data (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Azure AI Search/RAG).

  • Craft, test and version prompts; define evaluation metrics, safety rails and guardrails.

  • Implement telemetry/observability (App Insights/Kusto), A/B tests and continuous improvement loops.

  • Work with Security/Compliance on data access, DLP, retention and audit; follow least-privilege and secure-by-design.

  • Partner with product and SMEs to map use-cases, deliver MVPs, iterate quickly, and document everything for handover.

What you'll bring

  • Proven delivery of solutions with Copilot Studio/Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft 365.

  • Hands-on with Microsoft Graph, Teams apps (bots, Adaptive Cards), and custom connectors.

  • Experience grounding LLMs (eg, Azure OpenAI, embeddings, RAG with Azure AI Search/vector stores).

  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript or .NET (Python a plus) for building APIs/microservices that feed copilots.

  • Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth/Graph permissions, enterprise security and tenancy considerations.

  • Comfort with GitHub Copilot, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), and environment promotion.

  • Excellent stakeholder skills; able to translate business pain into measurable AI wins.
