About the Role

Sentinel is partnering with a leading global advisory firm to recruit a Senior Consultant to join a growing Healthcare Advisory team delivering high-impact projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping healthcare providers plan, fund, and deliver healthcare facilities, working on complex and meaningful projects across the NHS and wider healthcare sector.

This role offers the chance to:

  • Contribute to major capital projects and estate transformation programmes
  • Lead and support NHS business case development (including primary care)
  • Work on integrated healthcare hub strategies and planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-profile healthcare developments
  • Progress quickly with strong support, training, and increasing responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate business cases to secure capital funding
  • Deliver healthcare planning (activity modelling, capacity planning, service strategies)
  • Support estate strategy development across systems and organisations
  • Contribute to capital project planning and delivery
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate workshops
  • Support bids, proposals, and client presentations

Required Experience

  • Experience within the UK healthcare/NHS sector, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record in NHS business case development
  • Experience in primary care planning and/or integrated healthcare projects
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
