We are seeking a System Architect to support an Automotive client, on an initial 3 month contract, based out of London, Inside IR35.
Production Domain Experience:
- ~15+ years in Automotive Systems Engineering
- ~ ECU/System Architecture
- ~ Validation Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the System Under Test (SUT) architecture across hardware, software, and test environments throughout the product life cycle.
- Translate product and system requirements into complete, consistent, and testable system requirements.
- Define ECU architectures supporting integration, validation, manufacturing, and production readiness.
- Ensure architecture provides observability, controllability, diagnosability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with validation teams to enable SIL, HIL, and EOL testing.
- Define requirements for flashing, provisioning, diagnostics, fault detection, and production ramp-up.
- Specify interfaces between ECU, vehicle networks, test systems, and manufacturing systems.
- Act as a cross-functional technical leader across system engineering, software, validation, and industrialization teams.
