We are seeking a System Architect to support an Automotive client, on an initial 3 month contract, based out of London, Inside IR35.

Production Domain Experience:

  • ~15+ years in Automotive Systems Engineering
  • ~ ECU/System Architecture
  • ~ Validation Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the System Under Test (SUT) architecture across hardware, software, and test environments throughout the product life cycle.
  • Translate product and system requirements into complete, consistent, and testable system requirements.
  • Define ECU architectures supporting integration, validation, manufacturing, and production readiness.
  • Ensure architecture provides observability, controllability, diagnosability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with validation teams to enable SIL, HIL, and EOL testing.
  • Define requirements for flashing, provisioning, diagnostics, fault detection, and production ramp-up.
  • Specify interfaces between ECU, vehicle networks, test systems, and manufacturing systems.
  • Act as a cross-functional technical leader across system engineering, software, validation, and industrialization teams.
