An established UK organisation is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join its growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their Salesforce career who is looking to take ownership of a business-critical CRM platform while working closely with users across the organisation.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration, enhancement and adoption of Salesforce, helping to ensure users get the most from the platform while contributing to its ongoing development.

The Role

Working alongside business stakeholders and technical colleagues, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the Salesforce environment, supporting users and delivering enhancements that improve business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and configuring the Salesforce platform.
  • Managing users, roles, profiles, permissions and security settings.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements and change requests.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business decision making.
  • Configuring custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and automation.
  • Maintaining data quality and supporting data imports and migration activities.
  • Delivering user training and providing ongoing system support.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximise platform capabilities.
  • Keeping up to date with new Salesforce releases and recommending enhancements.

About You

You'll be a proactive and organised Salesforce professional who enjoys solving problems and working closely with business users. We're looking for someone with:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (essential).
  • Around 6 months to 2 years' commercial Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Lightning.
  • Knowledge of user management, security, reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with workflows, validation rules and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Jira or other project management tools.
  • Exposure to Agile project delivery.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
