We’re currently looking for an experienced Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support a confidential client on a contract basis. This is a remote contract role for an initial 3–6 month engagement, supporting either new project delivery or ongoing D365 CE workstreams. The role would suit someone who is confident working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and supporting the delivery of functional change across Dynamics 365 CE.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a project team to support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Depending on project requirements, this may involve new implementations, enhancements, optimisation work, process improvements, or supporting existing D365 CE environments.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Running workshops with stakeholders and end users
  • Translating requirements into functional D365 CE solutions
  • Supporting configuration across Dynamics 365 CE
  • Producing functional documentation, user stories, and process maps
  • Working closely with technical teams, developers, testers, and project managers
  • Supporting UAT, training, and go-live activities
  • Advising on best practice across D365 CE processes and functionality

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong functional consulting experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, challenging requirements where needed, and helping shape practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll ideally have experience with one or more of the following areas:

  • Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights
  • Field Service
  • Power Platform
  • Dataverse
  • Business process mapping
  • Requirements gathering and solution design
  • UAT support and user training
