We’re looking for a Change Manager, with a strong background in the Retail Media area, to work on large scale technical programmes. This role sits within the Business Planning and Transformation team, where you will help shape strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. You will work across a variety of internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver change strategies for complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Create integrated plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness.
  • Lead clear, engaging communications for internal teams and clients to build buy-in.
