About the Opportunity
Sentinel is partnering with a rapidly growing health transformation practice who are looking to bring in a senior professional to join their expanding leadership team. This team is one of the strongest-performing service lines in the business; backed with significant investment and autonomy to shape its own future, the team is now scaling into digital transformation, service transformation, major projects and change, and organisational/C-suite advisory.
As part of planned growth through the rest of this year and into next, the team is looking for senior consultants with experience managing major programmes, advising on transformation strategy and influencing senior client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering large-scale transformation programmes across health and care organisations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting major change, digital, and service transformation initiatives
- Playing an active role in business development - bringing existing relationships and helping to win new work
- Contributing to the shape and direction of a fast-growing team, with real scope to influence how the offering develops
