We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Security Officer to join our dynamic team on a zero‑hours contract. This role is perfect for anyone who is looking to stay within the Security industry or to start a new career in Security. The work is ad‑hoc, dependent on our clients’ requirements. The role of a Corporate Security Officer can be challenging, especially when you are sometimes asked to work on short notice.
Shift Times: 07:00‑19:00 / 06:00‑18:00 / 19:00‑07:00 (12‑hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- To work with us, you will need to be confident, articulate, and communicate well both orally and in written language.
- You will need to be able to get to different sites as required, so either have your own transport or be in an area with good public transport links.
- You will be responsible for remaining alert to security issues and keeping everyone safe throughout each shift, whilst remaining proactive in delivering exemplary customer service to customers, clients and visitors.
Essential Skills:
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five‑year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self‑employment, or full and part‑time education during that period.
- IT skills will be required.
- Hold a current SIA Licence, a valid driving licence, and have a vehicle.
