We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Security Officer to join our dynamic team on a zero-hours contract. This role is perfect for anyone who is looking to stay within the Security industry or looking to start a new career in Security. The work is ad-hoc dependent on our clients’ requirements.
The role of a Corporate Security Officer can be challenging, especially when you are sometimes asked to work on short notice.
Hours of Work: Day & Nights on rotation 07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00. This will be a 4 on 4 off shift rotation – 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off.
Please be advised: There are no public transport links to this site and due to the remote location you would need to either be a car owner/driver or have your own transport to attend site.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work night & day shift on rotation
- Provide a high level of security services on a secure site
- Protect the customer’s employees, property and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements.
- To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language.
Essential Skills:
- Must hold a valid SIA Security Guarding / Door Supervisors License.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or full and part-time education during that period.
- Complete an EL1 clearance check before being able to attend site.
