About the Role

We are looking for reliable relief officers and customer-focused Meal Replacement Drivers/Facilities Operative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering prepared meal replacement products directly to customers across South Gloucestershire.

You will ensure orders are delivered on time, in excellent condition, while providing a professional and friendly service.

  • Monday-Friday 10:30-14:00
  • Monday-Friday 17:00-19:30
  • 1 weekend in 5 may also be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely collect, load, and deliver meal replacement products to customers’ homes, workplaces, or designated collection points.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a polite and professional manner at all times.
  • Accurately handle delivery documentation and digital systems (e. g. scanning parcels, recording deliveries).
  • Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations when handling and transporting products.
  • Adhere to company policies, road safety laws, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery progress or issues.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Driving experience with a good knowledge of local routes.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in delivery, courier, or food distribution roles is desirable but not essential.
