Essential Skills & Requirements
- SIA Licence: Must hold a valid frontline SIA licence.
- Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail security environment is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: A proven track record of punctuality and a flexible approach to shift patterns across a retail rota (including weekends), occasionally at short notice.
- Transport: Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle to ensure reliable travel to the site.
- Presentation: Impeccable grooming standards. Our team needs to be immaculately turned out in a sharp 'suit and tie' appearance.
Working Hours & Schedule
We require full availability across a retail rota. Consistency and punctuality are non-negotiable for this high-profile site.
