This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager field based in London. The Sales Manager's role is focused on the generation of private sector opportunities through networking, relationship development, and market presence, with an emphasis on static guarding contracts as the core service offering.
Commission Structure (London Specific)- Commission is paid on secured contracts only
- Commission applies to bundled contract only where static guarding is the core service
- Commission is paid monthly
- Generate new private sector business across London through networking and relationship development
- Develop a pipeline aligned to revenue and margin targets
- Promote SGS core services, with static guarding as the primary contract offering
- Support bundled service opportunities where guarding remains the core element
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Work collaboratively with senior sales and operational teams to convert opportunities
- Proven experience in sales management, pipeline development, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Knowledge of the security service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
