We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Controller to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating work across multiple suppliers, and takes pride in keeping operations compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Scheduling: Create and manage service schedules and planners across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards.
- Work Coordination: Book, schedule, and plan work with a wide network of suppliers to maintain efficient operations.
- Job Management: Chase updates, document progress, and keep internal systems updated with accurate notes.
- Quality Assurance: Review inspection and service sheets to ensure vehicles meet compliance requirements before returning to service.

- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well within a team while managing tasks independently.
