Overview:
This role involves planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating, and controlling plant operations and maintenance activities essential for maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in a safe condition.
The Supervisor of Maintenance is responsible for managing labor and material controls, training maintenance personnel in safety, and implementing effective management practices. Contributing to the success of the operating center involves work coordination, resource management, and participation in achieving goals.
All licenses, certifications, or registrations required must be maintained in the area of specialty.
Education:
- Associate Degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure:
- VA or NC Driver\’s License/licensure, in good standing
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 4 years of Supervisory experience
- Previous experience in Facilities/Maintenance Management or at a Corporate Level
