Sentara Health is currently hiring for an RN to work at Sentara Norfolk General on the Endoscopy Unit.

Position Overview
- Hours/Shift: Full Time - 36 hours per week
- Shift start time varies between 6:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, preop, postop
- On Call is required during the week and every 3rd weekend
- Types of cases: Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, Manometry, Small Bowel Endoscopy, EUS, EBUS
- Unit completes approximately 15 - 25 patients per day
- One to two years of prior RN experience in med/surg is acceptable
Requirements
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year hospital experience, Endoscopy experience preferred.
- ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
- RN License in good standing.

It serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School. The hospital offers specialized services including heart and vascular, neurosciences, neurosurgery, urology, oncology, spine care, advanced imaging, behavioral health, maternity, and women's health, including a neonatal ICU.
