Experience
- Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions by accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
- Provides effective instruction to patients and families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
- Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families to improve outcomes.
- Selects and performs appropriate assessment procedures.
- Establishes and updates formal care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participates in at least 2-3 professional activities to promote clinical specialty and support Sentara\’s mission.
- Demonstrates productivity and efficiency in daily operations.
