Sentara Health-Patient Accounting, located in Norfolk, VA, is hiring a Customer Service Rep I.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, resolving issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, claim payments, billing information, payment plans, and patient scheduling.
• Provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous data entry experience
