Job Description: Provides leadership and manages the work assignments, schedules, and functions of the Medical Physicists and Dosimetrists. Responsible for overseeing the design, technical evaluation, and precise delivery of radiation treatment plans. Develops and recommends new program services and treatment alternatives. Ensures compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Certification: American Board of Radiology or American Board of Medical Physics certification.
- Education: Master's Degree in Medical Physics REQUIRED, PhD preferred.
- Certification/Licensure: CHP Certification OR ABR Certification REQUIRED.
- Experience: 7 years Physicist experience REQUIRED.
