All Qualified Candidates Will Receive a Sign-on Bonus
Schedule: Clinic hours - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Scheduled hours and shifts may vary based on business need and candidates' availability.
Responsibilities:
- The Medical Assistant provides a safe environment, identifies and addresses safety principles for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Performs patient care tasks, procedures, and administrative duties as appropriate.
- Demonstrates the ability to assess situations objectively, consider alternatives, develop realistic action plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Develops specific skills and knowledge required for medical assistants, maintains effective inter-departmental interactions, and follows policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operates productively and efficiently, utilizing resources that are safe, effective, ethical, and fiscally responsible.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification/Licensure: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or EMT Basic Certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- Experience: Clinical/Administrative experience preferred (1 year)
