Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family & Internal Medicine practice in Stafford. Stafford is a warm, collaborative family medicine practice caring for patients of all ages. As a newer, thriving practice, we are excited to welcome an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident, adaptable, and ready to practice with a high level of autonomy in an outpatient setting. Build something meaningful in a small, growing primary care practice where your experience truly matters.
Position Highlights:
- Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)
- 4-day work week option with 9 patient facing hours daily
- Average 18-20 patients/day
- Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another
- No call, no weekends – office is closed Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Requirements:
- Active NP or PA
- Minimum master’s degree required
