We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our clients\' commercial operations and drive growth in the landscaping sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to manage quotations, tenders, and business development for a diverse range of property types.
The role will cover the South East area, with one day a week in the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations for planned maintenance, projects, and extra works.
- Oversee tender submissions for soft and hard landscaping services.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualifications and industry experience (beneficial).
- Proven experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, and tendering.
- Highly literate and articulate, with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
