We are looking for passionate Audiologists to grow their team and provide world-class care to their patients. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive hearing consultations using a unique patient-focused 7-stage process designed to ensure the best possible care and after-care.
  • Conduct detailed hearing assessments including REMs wax removal (training provided if needed) and counselling tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work with a range of hearing aid manufacturers offering solutions that meet varied budgets.
  • Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals within the network to ensure seamless and holistic patient experiences.
  • Provide unparalleled aftercare going above and beyond to ensure every patient feels valued and supported.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: Up to £42,000 basic DOE
  • Car Allowance: £4,000 per year
  • Competitive commission: 10% uncapped earnings potential
  • Flexible working options – full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Training and Development: Ongoing CPD including training in endoscopic microsuction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced audiologists with 2 years experience but newly qualified candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Individuals who are patient-centred, empathetic and commercially minded.
  • A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple clinics (5-10 on average) within an hour radius.
  • Professionals who value honesty, humility and teamwork and are hungry to grow and develop their careers.
  • You will be fully supported to deliver clinical excellence, access a vast ready-to-go patient database.
  • A team who takes care of your diary management allowing you to focus on what you do best delivering exceptional hearing care.
