The role combines domiciliary and clinic-based appointments, allowing you to deliver personalised hearing care while enjoying greater autonomy, flexibility, and support.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing care services, including:
- Hearing assessments in both clinic and domiciliary settings
- Hearing aid recommendations, fittings, and aftercare
- Follow-up appointments and rehabilitation support
- Wax removal services (where qualified)
- Building long-term relationships with patients
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Managing your own diary and regional territory effectively
- Delivering exceptional patient-centred care at every stage of the patient journey
The position offers a high level of independence while being supported by a dedicated operational and clinical team.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist
- FdSc, BSc or MSc in Audiology, Hearing Aid Audiology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within private hearing care
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Willingness to travel within your designated region
Desirable
- Domiciliary audiology experience
- Wax removal experience
- Experience working independently
- Commercial awareness within private hearing care
