As an Account Manager at Sensor Tower, you will have mobile app industry insights at your fingertips. You will leverage Sensor Tower's platform insights and your ever-growing mobile industry knowledge to consult our Enterprise clients as they do competitive research and make key business decisions. This is an opportunity to become an expert of the mobile industry and work with top executives within it.

You will be a part of an existing EMEA Account Management team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, self-drive and an entrepreneurial spirit to service a growing EMEA book of business.

What You Will Work On:

  • Manage and grow the portfolio of Direct Brand businesses, focusing on renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth.
  • Accelerate the contract renewal process, mitigate identified risk, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with the Sales team to drive expansion.
  • Consult the clients on how to best utilize Sensor Tower’s data and insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize their mobile app strategies.
  • Deliver product education, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from analysts to C-level executives.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the mobile app ecosystem and bring valuable market insights to client conversations.
  • Represent Sensor Tower at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a trusted expert in mobile market intelligence.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, mobile gaming, and/or ad-tech companies in a Business Development/Account Management/Account Executive role with a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Ability to identify product penetration, renewal and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.
  • Experience creating, managing and implementing Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Ability to have c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform.
  • Ability to present complex data solutions in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
  • Facilitate timely responses to queries or discrepancies.
  • Experience working remotely and/or with teams in different time zones is a plus.
  • Self-starting attitude, great written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet technologies (MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet), Salesforce (particularly working with the ‘opportunity’ object).
  • An insatiable thirst for knowledge + learning, intellectually curious self-starter with a knack for problem-solving.
