Sensor Tower is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our Innovation & Strategy team in EMEA. Our team delivers bespoke, high-impact data solutions and consulting projects to our most strategic clients, helping them maximise the value of Sensor Tower data across mobile app + web performance, digital advertising, audience and gaming insights.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy, you’ll manage existing client engagements, support new business opportunities, lead key team initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and go-to-market teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape new ideas, refine our capabilities, and influence how we deliver value to clients. This role will suit someone with strong data capability and client facing experience, with a background in digital marketing or marketing technology, who thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment and is comfortable operating autonomously. Sensor Tower operates a hybrid working policy, and you’ll work from our London office two days a week.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy to deliver digital marketing data and insight solutions for strategic EMEA accounts, primarily Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies across the US and Europe.
- Manage ongoing client engagements while supporting new business opportunities.
- Lead specific project workstreams end-to-end, owning delivery, timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct analysis of digital marketing, campaign performance and consumer data, alongside QA and proof-of-concept work.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, insight-led recommendations that drive client decision-making.
- Support new client implementations across verticals such as CPG, Luxury and Retail.
- Collaborate closely with Technical and Go-To-Market teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned to client needs.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, ad-tech, mar-tech, consulting or related environments.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, e-commerce or customer-level datasets.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong Excel-based data analysis and reporting skills. Familiarity with other analytical tools is a plus.
- Ability to build clear, insight-led narratives in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Confidence working with multiple datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical outputs for non-technical audiences.
- High ownership and a proactive mindset.
