Sensor Tower is looking for a Team Manager to join our Investor Vertical.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to own and execute on our expansion strategy with our London-based team.
Sensor Tower Team Managers are dynamic, player-coach positions in which you will manage your own book of high-leverage accounts, as well as direct a team of your own Account Managers (50% own book / 50% team leadership).
The team currently has one Account Manager with plans to hire a second shortly after this Team Manager is ramped, making it the perfect opportunity for senior sales professionals who want to break into management and build their own team.
What you will do
- Directly own relationships with Sensor Tower's most strategic EMEA-based Investor accounts, which include hedge funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
- Manage a team of Account Managers, each with their own book of business, with the primary objective of hitting team GRR and NRR milestones.
- Hire, train, and mentor new Account Managers with high upside potential.
- Analyze companies that operate in the digital economy to add value to your clients and showcase Sensor Tower's alternative data product suite.
- Work cross functionally with the Investor Vertical's NYC-based and HK-based teams, as well as other departments like Marketing, Data Science, Product Management, etc.
Experience we are looking for
- 8-12 years of experience working at or with financial institutions, with much of that experience in a consultative sales or sales management position.
- Past exposure to strategic/enterprise data sales or account management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, with experience leveraging large datasets and AI.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and follow-through.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Thrives in fast-paced environments and keeps operations running smoothly.
- Excellent communicator who brings both polish and personality to internal and external interactions.
