This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering format and an initiative unlike anything done before. You’ll work closely with the founder and an experienced commercial team, with the freedom to make your mark as the project grows and evolves.
We’re looking for a versatile individual who’s ready to dive in and bring creative energy to this project. You’ll be involved in every step, from welcoming guests and setting up the studio to filming, capturing B-roll footage, and editing the final content with guidance and support from the team. The studio is based near Ringmer, East Sussex (BN8). While we start locally, the podcast aims to travel internationally once production is in full flow. This role suits both beginners looking to build their portfolio and experienced professionals seeking a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Set up cameras, microphones, and lighting for each recording session;
- Film long-format podcast episodes in the studio environment;
- Be a warm, welcoming presence for guests during filming days;
- Work closely with the host and guests to create a positive, professional experience;
- Capture b-roll footage and behind-the-scenes content throughout the day;
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and other streaming platforms (remote editing);
- Produce short, engaging clips for social media teasers, adverts, and promotions, including tiles and graphics;
- Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant (VA) on social media management, following briefs and direction.
