Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team in the UK. This role involves traveling across the country to install and configure our advanced monitoring equipment within care home settings. As a key part of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology is seamlessly integrated, providing care teams with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care. We are looking for a candidate with technical experience and the motivation to work in the care sector. You will receive full training on our unique solutions. The ideal candidate would like to be part of a company that is looking to grow and make a real difference for thousands of people. Initially, there may be some national travel in this role whilst you get trained, and also as the needs of the business require. Sensio is a growth trajectory business, which will enable us to start working more locally as the team grows. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to grow into the role of Project Manager. The position reports to the Head of Installation at Sensio.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure monitoring equipment in care homes across the UK.
- Work as part of a project team to deliver installations on time and to the highest standard.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, ensuring installations meet their specific requirements.
- Present complex technical information in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms for non‑technical users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care home staff and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience with Sensio’s technology.
