At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in the science, art and innovation of color and flavor. We are looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join our team to manage compliance of product information that meet regulations both locally and internationally.

What you’ll do:

  • Support internal customers (including Sales, Research & Development, Application Service) by interpreting regulations and providing information to address external customer needs.
  • Implement and maintain the product information database (PLM system) and provide product documentation and product conformity according to customer questionnaires to facilitate questionnaire completion.
  • Participate in national and international project teams to inform, train and advise internal customers on regulatory topics.
  • Conduct regulatory presentations in internal meetings with stakeholders.
  • Implementation of new national and international regulations within the team and for the organisation.

What you’ll bring:

  • A university degree in Chemistry, Food technology or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of regulatory experience in the food industry work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to gain and apply extensive knowledge of regional and international food regulations and their application.
  • Ability to accurately review, interpret and summarize technical information.
  • Extensive experience in product information database implementation (PLM system).
  • Competent user of MS Office.
  • Experience with a computerized inventory management program is beneficial.
  • Professional working knowledge of English (written and spoken). Any additional language proficiencies are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
