We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team in our Milton Keynes office. As part of this team, you will manage the receipt of customer orders and progress their completion through the order fulfilment cycle, whilst providing support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial and Site Administration duties.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders, liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers
  • Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information
  • Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting
  • Take ownership of and monitor your orders, and champion your OTIF completion
  • Track order progress and analyse data

What you’ll bring:

  • Good secondary education plus work experience in dealing with B2B customers
  • Fluency in English plus one additional European Language, ideally French
  • Microsoft Excel working knowledge
  • Numerate and familiar with ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
  • Export experience would be advantageous
