b Overview /b p In this role you support the Shift Leader to run a busy production team focused on flavor products. You ensure adherence to procedures, quality, hygiene, and safety while maintaining efficient output. You’ll step in as acting shift lead when needed and work with cross-functional teams to meet plan adherence and service levels. This position offers development opportunities and a chance to contribute to continuous improvement in a GMP-focused food manufacturing environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li salary /li li shift allowance /li li overtime /li li competitive benefits /li li development opportunities /li li onboarding training /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Follow inspection systems and procedures to maintain high housekeeping, product quality, and safety /li li Monitor production processes, propose improvements, and address issues affecting production /li li Drive productivity and On Time in Full delivery by optimizing methods /li li Analyze production data and KPIs, maintaining accurate inventory for audits /li li Ensure health and safety procedures are followed while on shift /li li Collaborate with Planning, Quality Control, Warehousing, and Engineering to meet plans and maintenance tasks /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous Shift Management or Supervisory experience (ideally in food manufacturing) /li li Knowledge of GMP and food hygiene systems/procedures /li li Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively under changing conditions /li li Computer literate with MS Excel and Word /li li Competent with ERP systems, preferably JDE /li li Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, can-do attitude to train and develop operators /li /ul ul li Effective communication /li li adaptability to situational changes /li li proactive problem-solving /li li MS Excel /li li MS Word /li li ERP system experience (preferably JDE) /li /ul
