The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As assistant shift leader you will be a point of contact for operators. Knowledge sharing will be key in the drive to standardise ways of working amongst other operators. Daily tasks will be completed in line with site GMP and HSE standards whilst optimising output.
What you’ll do:
- Train, develop and advise operators maximising quality and productivity
- Monitor production processes and methods, propose improvements and problem formulations for production difficulties
- Contribute to C.I. projects as required using lean framework including PDCA methodology
- Collaborate with Planning, Quality Control & Warehousing departments to ensure plan adherence and service levels achieved
- Notify Engineering and raise job cards with any maintenance tasks
- Ensure Inventory quantity remains accurate and provide support in data entry for JDE
