We are looking for an HR Specialist to temporarily support our Flavors Europe business unit and European recruitment team from our European Flavors\β headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. You will be responsible for providing HR support in all areas of the employee lifecycle and will be involved in various HR functions from onboarding and offboarding to talent acquisition. This is a temporary role, only required for a 4-6 month period.
What you will do:
- Act as an HR contact person across the site, advising on HR policies and procedures and dealing with day-to-day HR issues.
- Support the recruitment process by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
- Ensure all onboarding and off-boarding activities are delivered and improvement action items followed up.
- Maintain data integrity for HRIS systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Complete monthly and quarterly HR reporting and audits.
- Undertake HR administration tasks, update employee files, HRIS, and inform payroll for new hires, terminations, changes, and absences.
