We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to temporarily support our Flavors Europe business unit and European recruitment team from our European Flavors' headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. You will be responsible for providing admin HR support in all areas of the employee lifecycle and will be involved in onboarding, offboarding and recruitment. This is a temporary role for maternity cover for up to 12 months from beginning of June 2026.

What you will do:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes, issuing employment offers, processing appropriate forms and providing employee benefit information and company policies and procedures with new hires.
  • Exercise high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain Oracle-based HRIS by processing employee data changes and auditing data to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legislation.
  • Undertake HR administration tasks and updating employee files, HRIS and informing payroll for new hires, terminations, changes and absences.
