Support Worker: Full Training & Career Growth in Southend-on-Sea

The client provides housing and support services based on the fundamental belief that adults with a learning disability, autism or other mental impairment have a right to lead their own life, to determine where, how and with whom they live, and who provides them with support. This position is a full time, 40 hour per week contract and will include day, weekend, and sleep in working. Sleep-in shifts are paid in addition to the basic salary at £5.00 per hour. Overtime is available increasing your salary to the £30,000 mark. Shift patterns are; Monday - Sunday Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00 Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00 Sleep In: 23:00 - 07:00
