We are looking for passionate Physiotherapists in Perth Metro (Morley, Burswood and Armadale). New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
About the role
SensesWA Physiotherapists mainly have a community-based role delivering interventions where our clients live their lives: in homes, schools, and other community settings. Therapists work closely in dedicated and supportive transdisciplinary teams to provide family and person-centred evidence-based supports to our clients. Our goal is to enable our clients to live their best lives!
Our therapists work with infants, children and/or adults with various disability diagnoses including autism spectrum disorders and clients with vision and hearing impairments as well as a range of other conditions/disabilities. Our therapists work within a general caseload of paediatric and adult clients with the flexibility to tailor caseloads based on individual interests and expertise.
What you will bring to the role
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A current driverβs licence, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers screen and First Aid certification.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the transdisciplinary team.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement and deliver person-centered evidence-informed services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Passion and commitment for working collaboratively with clients and families to build their capacity and improve their life outcomes.
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Previous experience working with clients with disabilities and their families is highly desirable but not essential.
What we offer
- Industry competitive salary range of $74,500 β $90,800 base salary + 11.5% superannuation + salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading.
- 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days pro-rata.
- 5 professional development days + $500 PD budget per annum on pro-rata.
