What You'll Be Doing
- Service, maintain and carry out PPM on fire detection and suppression systems
- Respond to emergency callouts and deliver professional onsite support
- Participate in the callout rota (one week at a time)
- Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs during visits
- Ensure all work meets British Standards and is accurately documented, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance safety
- Keep your technical knowledge current through manufacturer and in‑house training
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience within the fire protection industry
- Strong servicing and faultfinding skills across systems such as Morley, Advanced, Kentec, Siemens, GENT, Edwards and Notifier
- Commissioning grade for at least one of the following: Siemens, GENT, Edwards, Notifier or Kentec
- Ability to test, commission and service fire alarm systems to British Standards
- A meticulous approach, with the ability to work independently and confidently
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Flexibility to work nights when required
