As our Engineering Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting a growing engineering workforce and ensuring our engineers have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.
You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider engineering team, coordinating training, managing equipment and stock, and keeping essential records accurate and up to date.

What you will be doing
You’ll be responsible for a range of essential engineering administration tasks, including:
- Coordinating engineer training requirements, bookings and certification records.
- Managing van and vehicle stock information to ensure inventory remains accurate.
- Ordering, tracking and issuing engineering equipment, tools and consumables.
- Preparing onboarding materials and equipment for new engineering starters.
- Maintaining accurate records of engineer absence, including annual leave and sickness.
- Providing responsive administrative support to the Engineering Manager and engineering team.
A typical week might include: Supporting engineers with day-to-day queries, updating training logs, arranging equipment orders, preparing starter packs for new joiners, and ensuring stock records are fully up to date.
