This is a key role within Senseco's growing Passive Fire Division, supporting the Head of Passive Fire Systems in driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. If you enjoy bringing structure to fast‑moving environments, solving problems, and taking ownership without needing constant direction, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. You'll work closely with senior leadership, help shape how the division operates, and play a central part in integrating new areas of the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and improvement of internal systems and processes
  • Managing and refining stock control and inventory processes
  • Coordinating operational activity across the Passive Fire division, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Preparing financial reports, analysing data, and supporting internal presentations
  • Supporting accreditation processes, audits, and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Assisting with onboarding and integration of newly acquired business units
  • Taking on ad‑hoc projects and operational tasks to support the Head of Department

A typical week might include:

  • Reviewing stock levels and ensuring materials are available for upcoming works
  • Preparing operational reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting engineers or coordinators with process queries
  • Assisting with audit preparation or compliance updates
  • Troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks and improving documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, or internal teams to resolve issues

Who we are looking for:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Solutions‑focused, with a get‑it‑done attitude
  • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and data
  • Adaptable and happy to take on a wide range of responsibilities

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in operations, coordination, or administration
  • Exposure to stock control or inventory systems
  • Experience preparing reports or working with financial data
  • Familiarity with compliance or accreditation processes
  • Experience within construction, fire protection, or technical services
  • Experience supporting business integration or process improvement
  • Knowledge of passive fire protection (fire doors, fire dampers, firestopping, extinguishers, smoke control)
