Client Relations Representative – Head Office, Leeds. Sensecare Limited is a growing and thriving Medical Staffing company with locations across the UK, providing allied health professionals, nurses and care assistants to private and public sector organisations. We aim to provide a high‑quality service at reasonable rates and meet the demands of NHS hospitals, private nursing and residential care homes in the healthcare community.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop relationships with senior decision makers in the healthcare industry, including residential care & nursing homes, healthcare company/group head offices, and NHS establishments across the UK.
- Generate new sales leads and appointments via cold calling, present company services to business owners and decision makers, and secure agency staffing provision to help grow brand, profitability and market share.
- Manage own timetable effectively, meet sales targets and contribute to organisational growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly driven and motivated
- Client relations experience (ideally in recruitment – not essential)
- Experience of cold calling prospective & existing clients via telephone to generate new sales leads/appointments & bookings
- Experience managing own timetable effectively
- Track record of hitting targets
- Experience presenting services to business owners and decision makers
- Eye for detail
- Experience in the healthcare industry (desired but not essential)
- Recruitment background, in office-based or field/face‑to‑face sales (desired but not essential)
