We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead a new venture within Sensecare Group. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop a supported living service from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in care management and provider relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the supported living service, creating systems, policies, and procedures from inception
- Secure Approved Provider List (APL) status and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of care staff and support workers
- Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the supported living service
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and performance monitoring systems
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioning bodies, and healthcare providers
- Manage budgets, finances, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure excellent standards of person-centered care and support to all service users
- Oversee staff training, development, and ongoing supervision
- Implement safeguarding policies and ensure duty of care is maintained at all times
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in securing APL (Approved Provider List) status for care services
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supported living, care management, or similar sector
- Demonstrated experience establishing and developing new services or ventures
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and commissioning processes
- Excellent leadership, team management, and recruitment skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care principles
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate
