Sense in West Bromwich is seeking a Deputy Care Manager to join our care home supporting people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will work alongside the Registered Care Manager, splitting time between admin and hands-on support to ensure the service runs smoothly.
You will lead and develop the staff team, plan rotas, and get to know the people we support to shape their plans. A full UK driving licence is desirable and DBS checks are provided.
