The Team coordinator plays a key role, providing high quality coordination and administration. Working closely with the executive assistant to the CEO, the team coordinator will organise meetings, prepare reports and presentations, book travel and coordinate tasks. You will be proactive with attention to detail and act as a vital link between team members, facilitating communication and providing necessary capacity and resilience across all areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to the strategy and governance directorate.
- Develop and administer core systems that support the team.
- Draft briefings, communications and PowerPoint presentations.
- Organise team events and meetings and help with booking travel.
- Record and coordinate actions and decisions taken at team meetings.
- Coordinate the monitoring and progression of activities within the directorate, ensuring progress is tracked and reported on.
About you:
- Experience of working within a diverse, multidisciplinary team and ability to develop effective working relationships with various members of the organisation.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written skills) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-pilot or other AI tools.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
